Daniel Ibri

Chief Executive Officer

Daniel Ibri has more than 10 years of experience as an international management consultant, M&A advisor, mentor for startups and venture capitalist. Over the past 7 years Daniel has lead strategic planning, financial structuring, turnaround and M&A projects for SMEs in Brazil and mentored dozens of startups from across Brazil, USA and Europe. Daniel found and managed GRID Investments, a successful Seed and Venture Capital Fund in Brazil.

Daniel also has executive experience and has worked as a trainer and speaker for several Brazilian companies and universities. Currently, Daniel is also Mentor at Endeavor Brazil, Artemisia and Lisbon-Challenge, and also member of the Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Seed Capital Committee (CEICS-VC) of the Brazilian Association for Private Equity & Venture Capital (ABVCAP).

Daniel holds a bachelor in Business Management from FGV-EAESP and an MBA in Business Strategy. He also completed several postgraduate, specialization and executive courses in universities such as Rotman School of Management, Babson College, Harvard University, University of Texas at Austin, FGV-EDESP (Law School), FIA-USP and INSPER.

Camila Folkmann Costa

General Counsel

Camila Folkmann Costa graduated from the Law School of the Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, receiving an LL.B in 2011. She began her career at Wald & Associados Advogados (2008-2012) where she worked in the corporate area advising clients in all sort of corporate and contract matters, merger and acquisition transactions, debt restructuring and out of court and judicial reorganizations.

In 2013, Camila pursued a Certificate in Global Business Management at the University of California Berkeley. Afterwards, she had her own Silicon Valley experience by working at two different startups in the Bay Area (Cheapest Online and HandsOn.TV). At HandsOn.TV, Camila was the Head of Operations and Strategic Partnerships, assisted the marketing team and organized the two editions of the startup competition Pitch It, the “American Idol” for startups.
